Field of activity of the Test Center of “WKMK” JSC

The test center conducts tests:

1. Equipment, hoisting cranes, steel hoisting ropes, general purpose steel ropes, steel closed hoisting ropes, steel closed track cables, steel hoisting ropes for production and deep exploratory drilling, steel reinforcing ropes 1 x 7, cargo rope slings, hooks .

2. Ferrous  metals Products, forged or stamped, but without further processing from iron casting.

  • Tanks, vessels and reservoirs of a similar type of ferrous metals for petroleum products;
  • Tanks and products made of ferrous metals (reservoirs, tank vessel, tanks, barrels, drums, cans, heat exchangers and similar containers made of ferrous metals, for any substances);
  • Devices and units for filtering or cleaning (gas separators, air clean devices);
  • Chemical, oil and gas processing equipment.

3. Oilfield, exploration, drilling equipment.

  • Pipes and tubes working under pressure:
    • for trunk pipelines and gas pipelines;
    • being part of potentially hazardous industries (metal pipes and connecting parts to them);
    • Seamless steel pipes for the refining and petrochemical industries.

4. Gas and combined burners (except for block ones), liquid fuel burners, which are built into equipment intended for use in technological processes at industrial enterprises.

  • direct-fired Vessels having a capacity of more than 0.002 m3 (category 4);
  • Pipelines having a maximum permissible working pressure of more than 0.05 MPa, a nominal diameter of more than 25 mm, designed for gases and vapors and used for working environments of group 1 (categories 2-3);
  • Pipelines having a maximum permissible working pressure of more than 0.05 MPa, a nominal diameter of more than 32 mm and a product of the maximum permissible working pressure and a nominal diameter of more than 100 MPa • mm, designed for gases and vapors and used for working environments of group 2 (categories 2 - 3);
  • Pipelines having a maximum permissible working pressure of more than 0.05 MPa, a nominal diameter of more than 25 mm and a product of the maximum permissible working pressure and a nominal diameter of more than 200 MPa • mm, designed for liquids and used for working media of a group (categories 2 - 3);
  • Pipelines having a maximum permissible working pressure of more than 1 MPa, a nominal diameter of more than 200 mm and a product of the maximum permissible working pressure and a nominal diameter of more than 500 MPa • mm, designed for liquids and used for working media of group 2 (category 1).
